Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead fire & rescue crews during 24/7 operations.
- Respond to emergencies like fires, storms, gas leaks, accidents, and hazardous material incidents.
- Act as Incident Commander and direct emergency vehicle positioning and crew tasks.
- Communicate with control towers, fire control rooms, and other emergency services.
- Ensure proper training of personnel and manage staff scheduling.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and life support systems.
- Conduct regular inspections, drills, and exercises for operational readiness.
- Maintain logs of incidents, equipment checks, and station duties.
- Assist in creating reports and fire service documentation.
