Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications)
Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and feedback via email, social platforms, and phone
- Take ownership of customer issues to ensure satisfaction and collaborate with the team for effective service delivery
- Develop strong customer relationships to secure positive feedback
- Make reservations for B2B/B2C customers via email or phone
Qualifications:
- Open to UAE nationals with a family book
- Preferably from hotel, travel & tours, restaurant, or ticketing/attraction parks
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic/English (oral and written)
