✅ Ensure all repairs and services meet quality and safety standards
✅ Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment
✅ Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to prevent shortages or delays
✅ Train and mentor technicians, providing guidance and support
✅ Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers and handle any service-related issues
✅ Communicate effectively with the service advisors and customers when needed
