Position Title: E-commerce English App Operations Specialist
Manage the daily operations of the international version of the app, ensuring the accuracy and appeal of English content.
Monitor and analyze app usage data to optimize user experience and engagement based on insights.
Develop and implement operational strategies tailored to English-speaking markets to increase app activity and retention.
Manage and update app content, ensuring its quality aligns with the expectations of international users.
Respond to user feedback and collaborate with the technical support team to resolve issues and enhance user satisfaction.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in app operations or related fields.
Prior experience with supermarket or retail app projects is a plus.
