Roles & Responsibilities
The role holder is responsible for assembling, maintaining and repairing Fitness items supplied to GMG customers, in stores as well as outdoor locations.
Repair and assemble fitness equipment as per brand specs.
Test units to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain workshop inventory.
Provide repair feedback and collaborate with the team.
Offer excellent customer service and educate customers on machine use.
Follow safety regulations during installation and testing.
Ensure tools and equipment are in safe working order.
Refurbish and repair returned fitness machines as needed.
Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager.
