  • Performance Management: Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve departmental goals.
  • Workshop Improvement: Analyze and improve procedures to enhance workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Ensure adequate staffing, facilitate onboarding, and provide regular feedback to foster team development.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials in the service area.
  • Training & Development: Organize training sessions and coach team members to improve job performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the P&L of the branch, monitor financial KPIs, and ensure long-term profitability.
  • Marketing Involvement: Contribute to marketing strategies to attract customers and build healthy business relationships.
  • Productivity Monitoring: Scrutinize technician productivity and address inefficiencies.
