Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate will expertly prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while maintaining excellent hygiene, organization, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks following quality and presentation standards
✅ Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, coffee machines, grinders, and brewing tools
✅ Engage with customers in a friendly manner and assist with orders and special requests
✅ Monitor inventory of coffee beans and supplies, and report shortages to supervisor
✅ Ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently met
