Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to manage all phases of overhead transmission line projects. You will oversee project objectives, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with client requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overhead transmission line projects from initiation to closeout.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, resources, and risks.
- Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for compliance with standards.
- Oversee construction activities, quality assurance, HSE audits, and site inspections.
- Manage project documentation, permits, contracts, and technical reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in overhead transmission line projects.
- Proficiency in PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
