Job Responsibilities:
- Update guest and event details in the Police system.
- Ensure accurate passport scanning and report any errors.
- Timely update guest information, minimizing backlog.
- Input guest details into the Police system per standards.
- Reconcile guest counts between the Police system and Opera PMS.
- Maintain organized document filing.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
- Stay knowledgeable about room rates, locations, and types.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Attend daily briefings and contribute feedback.
- Assist the Front Desk as needed.
- Deliver excellent guest service throughout their stay.
- Help guests with hotel activities and inquiries.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures.
