- Chocolate Production: Prepare and create a variety of chocolates, pralines, ganaches, truffles, and molded confections using high-quality ingredients.
- Recipe Development: Innovate and experiment with new flavors, textures, and artistic presentations.
- Quality Control: Ensure all chocolate products meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
- Ingredient Selection: Source and work with premium chocolates, cocoa beans, and natural ingredients.
- Tempering & Molding: Master various chocolate tempering techniques and use molds to create exquisite shapes and designs.
- Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Maintain a strictly clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with Dubai’s food safety regulations.
- Expertise in chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and artistic decoration.
- Strong knowledge of ganaches, truffle fillings, and flavor pairings.
- Attention to detail and a passion for artisanal chocolate craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s food safety regulations and HACCP certification is a plus.
- Experience working in luxury chocolate brands is an advantage.
