Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), or a diploma in F&B Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Good knowledge of P&L management, cost control, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Proven leadership experience in team management, staff training, and performance coaching.
