Job Description
The Accounts and Finance Manager in a manufacturing and Contracting/Subcontracting environment is responsible for managing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, oversees day-to-day accounting operations, and plays a key role in managing costs, optimizing cash flow, local Taxation, Customs Duties and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The manager collaborates with production, procurement, and operations teams to drive financial efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements (profit/loss, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing regular variance analysis.
- Prepare reports on production costs, inventory valuation, and capital expenditure.
- Monitor financial KPIs (gross margins, operating expenses, cost of goods sold).
