Job Description:
- Prepare financial reports, consolidated statements, and management reports while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting audits.
- Manage general ledger transactions, financial period closures, account reconciliations, and alignment of bank statements with organizational records.
- Identify improvement opportunities, maintain financial systems, and support special financial projects to enhance process efficiency and achieve objectives.
- Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while ensuring adherence to policies, closing audit findings, and safeguarding information assets.
